Guests will have full use of the house except for the garage and the shed in the backyard. Those are off limits.

Susie's Landing is located two walkable blocks away from the gates of the Tulsa Fairgrounds and Expo Square making it the ideal spot for families in town for horse shows, the fair and any of the frequent, exciting events hosted here in Tulsa. Appointed with comfy leather sofas and seating from Article, the smart TV over the fireplace is ready to keep your crew entertained on those relaxing nights back at the house. GAME CENTRAL Located at the back of the living area is our retro-style cocktail gaming table! It features classic games such as Ms. PAC-MAN, Galaga, Dig Dug, Mappy, The Tower of Druaga, Rompers, Rally-X, Rolling Thunder, Dig Dug II, Galaxian, PAC Mania, and Galaga 88. DINING AREA The dining area easily accommodates the whole family! When you aren't enjoying a meal, break out a board game or challenge someone to Connect Four or Tic Tac Toe on the extra large versions mounted to the wall! THE KITCHEN The fully stocked kitchen is ready to feed the whole crew! Pots, pans, dishes, utensils, a Keurig and K cups...everything you need is at your fingertips! THE PEACH ROOM The peach room features Article furniture, a luxurious queen bed and a private bathroom. The sunny and comfy vibes make it the perfect spot to relax and get rested up. Catch up on your favorite shows with the 55 inch smart TV. THE GREEN ROOM The green room features a spacious king bed from Article and luxurious lines, making it a cozy way to end a busy day out on the town. The 55 inch smart TV is perfect for a movie night in bed! A pack and play (with bedding) is located in this closet for our littlest guests. THE LOFT The star of the show! This newly renovated space is the perfect hang spot for all of your kiddos! At the top of the stairs, you'll find a full-size bed/daybed with a 55 inch smart TV and a dock for your Nintendo Switch. With lots of floor cushions, comfy blankets, beanbag chairs and toys to explore, the loft is the coolest place to be! Head up to the next level and you'll find 3 comfy single beds, books and toys to explore and a relaxation nook with seating. The full size bed features accent lighting with USB connections on each lamp, perfect for charging all your devices. Each single bed has an outlet in reach as well. The bunk area has built-in dimmable LED lighting so you can find the perfect amount on night light for the littles. Note: as with all stairs and bunk beds, supervision is strongly encouraged at all times for everyone's safety.

At this time, Susie's Landing does not accept pets. Also, no vaping or smoking inside the residence at any time.
